This just in: Larry Brinkin who I guess was one of the movers/shakers responsible for promoting the gay marriage movement in California was arrested for possession of child pornography on his computer. For the gory details, read the link below (warning: horrible graphic language, including vile, perverted and racist comments having to do with a two-year old African American baby).
Icon? Give me a break. I hope the curtain keeps getting pulled back so we can see the true nature of some of these gay leaders. I'm getting tired of how everyone who's gay is supposedly someone to be revered.
